Stay active, meet new people and experience the joy of dance. This class combines creative movement and gentle exercise to improve confidence and wellbeing. No experience needed.

All our classes can either be booked online in advance or paid at our drop-in rate of £5 per class at our venue. We accept both card and cash payments at our venue.
